What do you most want in a story, other than growth?

Okay, so I'm doing this story, and i wanted to ask a question... What, exactly do you guys want/like in your stories? Muscle growth is already planned, btw, but that was a given back when I planned out the plot :3

So, without further ado, "what is it you most want in a growth story?"
Feel free to pick more than one, but preferably no more than three.

1) Just growth is fine. (You like growth a lot, ant that's all that's needed in a story.)

2) Kissing/romance. (You like exchanges like the one at the end of chapter two - romantic cuddling, kissing, and pillow talk type stuff.)

3) Domination (You need the muscle guy to exhibit cockiness, or show off; demonstrating the power of their muscles, mouthing off, being a "Jock")

4) Partner (Somehow, the partner should be present or even involved... As a spectator, or a facilitator- maybe even growing as well)

5) Sex (you need a good sex scene with your growth.... It just needs to happen!)

6) Cock growth (I made this separate, because I just wanted to see how many people preferred a detailed description of cock growth with their muscle :3 )

I don't think I have ever really read a story which featured a detailed description of cock growth. I would include that just to be different.

Sex is always included in these stories so that isn't a surprise and the partner is always a plus.

What I really need are the basics done well:

* Characters. Not just bodies that grow but actual people with likes, dislikes, quirks, virtures, and flaws.

* Tension. Too many stories around here lack that. Sexual tension is not enough. I need to feel like there's a danger that the hero won't get what he wants. Just because you suddenly get big muscles doesn't mean that everything will turn out to be sunshine and cumshots. I need fear, however benign. I need tension.

* New ideas. Everything that can be done in an MG story has probably been done already, right? Probably, but it can't hurt to try something new. A big factor is finding character and plot elements beyond the muscle stuff. If they tie into the growth then that's fine. If not, they have to at least tie into the plot.

It looks like, in order of appeal, we like cocks, sex and romance. I can't say I'm terribly surprised, but I'd have thought cock growth would have had less votes than it did :3

How about a reasonable plot, well defined character that develop in the course of the story, and some reason to care about the character and the journey through the story.

Some here whine that this site is about porn ant porn doesn't need plots and character... did may be true for some people but it doesn't mean the porn can't have a decent plot and good characters. Most of the writes here really work hard to provide more then a single scene of two or more guys humping each other...

Suggesting that their efforts are wasted is rather insulting to those who try and generally succeed in spinning a good yarn...

The muscle growth, sex or whatever is only the excuse that gets the story started.

If I just wanted to watch guys hump each other I would get a video and set it for continuous replay, and not be here!

I really like it with some additional mind control elements. Something like unwanted growth that turns into addiction, or increased libido, or dumbing down. That'S adds quite some spice for me.

On the other hand, really sweet and romantic stuff can be nice as well - that would swing away from the 'jerk-off-fetish' side, as well as believable characters and a wonderful character development.

When it comes to these kinds of stories, anything is a gogo apparently besides vore, gore, and pedophilia for obvious reasons. People like forced growth, people like wanted growth, people like dumbing down, people like harsh muscle theft, people like happy endings, people like sad endings. . . You get the idea! In turn, people also hate those things. The one thing everyone likes is some form of realism. Whether it be the reactions, the characters, the situation, or all three.

However, an exception tot he rule is sex or masturbation when it comes to cock growth. Two guys can grow, but they won't become magically gay. If a guy gets a new giant cock though, he's going to use it one way or another. I don't see a guy going "Wow! I instantly obtained a 5 dollar footlong in my pants. . . Welp, time to tuck it away and carry one with my totally ordinary life~"
