Getting started Hey everyone, I am a 23 year old student from Scotland just getting into the routine of things. I am able to work out quite regularly but have to cycle 40 minutes each day to commute. Basically I am looking for some help on getting some good routines in early on. I am quite a skinny guy (6ft, 150lbs) and just want to grow! Any workout recommendations you guys can give? |

Hmm.. I think 40 minutes are little extra.. i suggest you to join gym and take some extra diet especially banana.. __________________ befittacomabootcamp personal trainer |
