Hypercaloric diet In order to get any real muscle gains what is needed is a hypercaloric diet, now that does not mean eating more junk food but it does mean eating a lot more food than a normal person would ever eat. Can one lose fat while gaining muscle, not very likely during a bulking stage one's bodyfat percentage will go up but that does not mean that it needs to increase dramatically. If one is smart about diet, training and rest they should be able to gain a substantial amount of muscle while increasing bodyfat percentage by less than 3%. |
