For many people, the only effects creatine has are water retention and constipation - at the same time!

those are immediate side effects, i had been taking creatine for 3 months and ignored those side effects until i started getting bhp. people just have to be careful and monitor themselves on it.

synovial fluid in joints

Also keep in mind that neglecting to cycle Creatine (personal experience) causes a reduction of synovial fluid (cushioning fluid, probably spelled wrong) in the joints. Combine that with heavy lifting and you will get cartilage damage, which is irreversible. Cycle no more than 4 weeks, with same amount of time off. Creatine positively influences myostatins, you should keep most of your muscle gains made from each cycle. Don't take too much (more is not better!). Loading is not really necessary and can be harmful to kidneys...

Think GIANT
