HUGE Pecs I've been working out for a number of years now and I've noticed that my chest grows a lot easier than my other body parts. My pecs are getting pretty big now, what do you think? http://www.6photo.org/../indexes/images/30_untitled.JPG I want to grow the biggest ones in the world! I don't care about symmetry and all that, I just want to be the Dolly Parton of the bodybuilding world! The bigger the better. |

Boobstastic No, I have not messed with the picture I have been stopped in public. Some guy wanted to know if my muscles were real or "artificial". I'm not sure what that means, but it was flattering. A pregnant colleague at work said I had bigger boobs than her. I don't know if she was trying to insult me, but I found it a turn on! |

I just do a lot of bench pressing with strict form and dumbell flyes, mainly. I throw in cable crossovers and dips just for fun! I think it's best to just to the basics and do them well. |

Pec-tacular! Just a question, based on the pic: Do you find that one side of your chest grows or is noticably bigger than the other? From the angle of the picture, it looks like one side of your chest is noticably bigger than the other. While I've found that in my untrained state I have one side of my ribcage that is flatter than the other (bone structure), once I started lifting, the muscle pretty much evened things out. The other pic does make me look a bit uneven, but I think it's just the angle of the pic. Thanks for all the positive remarks, everyone. Makes me want to hit the gym and get bigger! I work pretty hard already though. I fantasize about having massive implants put in. Imagine waking up to find your pecs are so enormous you can no longer see your feet! |

Yes, 4 women (in my case) required to heave my absurd, wrecking ball-sized pecs around would be a bit inconvenient I suppose. Might have to work on the lower back for a bit! Trying to reach around them for everyday tasks would be tricky. Sleeping would be an issue too, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it At least all the muscle cleavage would be useful for keeping stuff in! Ha ha! Yay! Thumbs up to the morphing idea. I'll post a pic as soon as poss. Maybe tomorrow. |

Then maybe 25Kg x 10 x 3 dumbell flyes. Something like that. I'll do this about 3 times a week. Concentrate on good form, rather than loads of weight. The number of times I see guys loading up the bar like mad and then only doing half reps. I've never done that. I've never used steroids either. Too dangerous. I do use creatine and protein shakes sometimes for about 6 weeks at a time, but I haven't used anything for the last few months. |
