Ha! That's true. It's so full of pecs that it's tight under the arms. Another piece of clothing that I've outgrown! |
| |||
Goddamn you are looking great. That third pic...wow. Massive! Indeed, you've never been so huge or strong. I wish I could get my hands on all that beef... I love how your pecs are so big, that they stretch out every shirt you wear. |

You look great, man! Keep it up! |
| |||
You look GREAT, Top! Inspiration for me - we have similar body types! WOOF |
| |||
I looked at your profile - from 220lbs to 300lbs in the next 5 years - let's both do it! |
| |||
TopHeavy, you got the biggest, hottest pecs I've EVER seen! |
| |||
Thanks, man! Stand by for more growth: me and GAMuscleFan are gonna beef up to 300lbs! ;-) |
| |||
! Whoa TopHeavy, you are going to be a fantasy come true for thousands of men! |
| |||
Two class acts who are gonna blow us away with mind-boggling growth! Well done so far and best wishes for the future. |
| |||
TopHeavy how often do you do pec exercises? |
| |||
I go to the gym every other day and I start every workout with benchpresses and then dumbbell flyes. The pump from the pressing followed by the stretching from the flyes works well for me. |
| |||
do you do that even if your pecs are sore? |
| |||
Yes, I still do it if I'm sore. I do listen to my body, though. Sometimes I will have two or three rest days if I'm feeling run down. A bit of aching is quite nice, though. |
| |||
I would guess that the aching in your pecs makes you want to do more presses and flys right TopHeavy? Anyway, you should try and get sparkymcsparks to join your chest competition. |
| |||
well, no matter what I do, none of these photos come up. i get nothing except invitations to join a photo site. feh.... |
| |||
Really? They work fine for me. Anyone else experiencing problems? |
| |||
No issues on my end. All of the muscle is clearly visible when I click the links. Sorry, ilikmusc. |
| |||
any updates TopHeavy? |
| |||
Unfortunately training's not gone well in the last couple of weeks because of a shoulder injury. Maybe now would be a good time to launch back into some heavy leg training to help me bulk up some more. |
| |||
Hang in there, big guy. My shoulder has been gimpy since May but it's finally coming around. Perhaps your leg training would be a good focus while you have to ease up on your upper bod. Good luck. |
| |||
Thanks dude. I am still benchpressing, but not quite firing on all cylinders. I did 140kg x 4 on the decline press, but I can feel it this morning. I tried some upright rowing with just 10kg but it was too painful. I can't do squatting either because holding the bar behind my neck makes my shoulder hurt. I always find that position uncomfortable. I can't do military presses behind the neck. Perhaps because my pecs are overdeveloped. Still, hopefully my shoulder will be better in a week or two and then I'll be back on the creatine and onwards and upwards to bigger pecs. I intend to film myself doing a heavy benchpress sometime this year for the purposes of entering a competition on bodybuilding.com. According to entries made so far, I'm one of the strongest in my weight category. |

Woooof those monsters are looking good, and so hairy! Grr! What are your measurements now? And...are we ever going to have the privilege of seeing your face? |
| |||
I think we got a glimpse of TopHeavy's face a couple of times vlad, but he is a little shy about showing it. It probably is a smart move on his part! TopHeavy, those things look delicious! He he! |
| |||
Hi TopHeavy! Happy new year too you and I hope you had a great christmas too. Sad to see no updates on this thread in a long while :-( how is your training/progress coming along? Hope you are well! |

Hey, big man. Not sure if this will work for you or if it will be enough weight for your squats but, when I was getting back into the gym after surgery for a torn dislocated shoulder/rotator cuff, I found doing squats with the bar across the front of the neck and shoulders made it a hell of a lot easier on the shoulders...cross your arms and raise them parallel to the floor and come up under the bar on a rack...the shoulder structure and not just the muscle is helping to support the bar. It's not like you don't have enough of a pec shelf to help support the weight, too, and it keeps the strain off the shoulder muscles, etc. until you're fully healed. I protected mine until I was sure and I'm back at a 100% strength and range of mobility. Good luck!!! |
| |||
Thanks for the tip - I will give that a try. Is that what they call a front squat? Training is really just plodding along at the moment. I do feel a lot better in the benchpress than I did a couple of months ago though. I will go back on the creatine soon and see if I can push the poundages up again. |

Just make sure you're taking it slow...the shoulder is a BITCH of a joint for some folks. I was VERY lucky...and very cautious. If you feel pain in the joint at all...STOP! |
| |||
Dude, I just found this message board and immedeatly searched "pecs." My jaw dropped when I saw this thread, because I've cum to your videos on YouTube quite a few times. Huge pecs drive me fucking wild. |
| |||
Hah! Thanks. I've been taking a breather from posting vids because I'm recovering from an injury. I've been feeling a bit better in the last couple of weeks and I think I may be about ready for another course of creatine. The aim this year is to return to the levels of power I had last summer and then carry on piling on the chest pounds throughout the autumn. |
| |||
Well I'm still not quite 100% but I'm still training as hard as I dare. Here's a little snap. http://i401.photobucket.com/albums/p...s/d95a4470.jpg |
| |||
| |||
Nice, I love it man. Keep working hard and I hope you get back to 100 percent soon |
| |||

TopHeavy, your body is so hot and despite your setback, I think you will grow even more now. __________________ Blogger: http://whitepapermusclestories.blogspot.com/ Tumblr: http://whitepapermuscle.tumblr.com/ Wordpress: http://whitepapermuscle.wordpress.com/ |

More and more growth is definitely the plan. Next step: creatine. |
| |||
Just started creatine a couple days ago after being off it for half a year, and I can't believe the difference it's made already. Its definitly on my list of musthave supps. |
| |||
I haven't gotten back on it yet but it's on the list man. Both pec beast of the forum keep it up |
| |||
Really? It usually takes about a week for me to notice any difference. It's definitely a great supplement though. |
