The choice is definitely yours to make and you have to really decide if the side-effects are worth it for you. But I can understand why you would want to use Synthol for just that extra edge of growth and fullness. Maybe give yourself a cut off point where you don't end up using too much of it. After all BIGGER is the goal.

Exactly, BIGGER is definitely the goal for me, rather than stronger. Why do these things come with so much danger? Why can't somebody develop a safe alternative designed for the job? It would be fantastic to come out of a clinic sporting an enormous new pair of pecs.

Still, I would definitely carry on working out, because being pumped up is a fantastic feeling and the power and strength gains are also wonderful. Speaking of which, time for some more creatine and then off to the gym. Hmm... Which body parts to train tonight? How about ... PECS!

On the subject of massage...

Some years ago, my bf was a powerlifter turned bodybuilder. He was particularly fond of working his pecs in the gym and loved having them played with, which suited both of us. After the 3rd or 4th time of our playing, I gave his pecs a prolonged massage. Surprisingly, his pecs would be as pumped up as if he had just finished his pec workout. Consequently, he used to love coming to my place right after his pec workout night to see if I could get them even bigger. Neither of us ever figured out why the massage would pump them up so much, but my guess is that it's something to do with manipulating the muscles and increased blood supply. For what it's worth, I have tried that technique on other men and found it worked on them, too.

many years ago I knew a bber guy too who was extremely sensitive in his nipples area. He had great pecs also, very full and bulbous.
I could play with his pecs with my fingers or whatever, tickling his nipples and he's go into such a state of arousal. All the muscles of his pecs would swell and get erect.
It was really amazing to see, after a while working his nips like this his pecs were flush with blood, and they'd point straight out. It was like he had Dolly Parton tities!!

That is so cool. Reminds me of what Arnold Schwarzenegger said in his autobiography, that he could send blood to any of his muscles just by thinking about it.

There are lots of scornful remarks on the web about guys developing their pecs too much so it looks like boobs, but that kind of excessive bulging is what I'm going for! (. | .)

The guy must have just googled "big pecs" or something and picked my picture. I'm not sure why. Of course there are pro bodybuilders and guys with bigger pecs than me, but maybe because mine are so disproportionately large. The next post in the thread is a disparaging remark about manboobs, but I love that, too. Shows I'm just so much bigger than what most people would accept as normal. :-)

but in the pics so far I honestly not bowled over. Perhaps a comparison photo, or more detailed stats would help to appreciate just how big your pecs are?

I get people staring at me in the gym as it is (usually guys rather than girls), without being that revealing. The wraps of the top are in danger of gathering together when I work my chest and disappearing into my cleavage! Ha ha!

Thanks! I enjoy fooling with them myself. I like to feel the weight and size of them in my hands in the shower after a heavy workout. I'd love to know what goes through the minds of folk in the street when they see me with these great big things bulging out.

Ha ha! If mine get much bigger I would have to rest them on the table!

In the last few weeks, I have had some great workouts. I think it's mainly due to the creatine I'm taking, but I think the stretching is having an effect too. My outer pecs seem larger now. If I raise my arm up, I can't see my armpit any more. All I see is chest.

I had my best benchpress session for years yesterday. I lifted 130kg (286lbs) for six reps EASILY. I might go for 140kg (308lbs) next time. It's so exciting to have the feeling of growing again after a long period stuck on a plateau.

Also, my weight had dropped to around 200lbs, but in about 3 weeks its shot back up to 210. I'm hoping I will keep the momentum going and bulk up to 220lbs+ in the next few weeks. I must eat more and drink more fluids.

In the meantime, here is another pic. This one is very dark and grainy, but I think you can see my post-workout pecs looking very round and full.
