Well one of my coworkers today, my manager actually was talking to me, and to make a point he grabbed my arm, now in uniform I wear a dress shirt, dress pants, and a black vest and bow tie... And it's fairly loose(but fitting better all the time) so my new muscles aren't that noticeable..

My manager grabbed me just as I was holding onto something, and he said "Gordo.. What the..? Where'd that come from?"

Yep. I like that. Heheheh.
Upper body with trainer for a while now, lower body by myself next week plus shoulders. Just to mix it up a bit...
Pictures soon. I've planned a date with my friend, next Wednesday evening, and I've booked a workout in the morning that day too, so I'll be nice and pumped...
Any suggestions for shots?
Besides standard ones...

I think tans are way over-rated. I mean so what if you haven't damaged you skin for a color that isn't yours naturally? Also, don't ever apologize for being Canadian: I hate yet to meet a Canook I don't like. Canada reminds me of what the US would be like if americans were nicer, and had a good education system.

Thanks man, I'd like a little colour, only because I've looked the same for so long, flabby fat and lazy.. It's time for a change.

But no I love being Canadian...
For one thing I don't have to vote in the US.. Yet.
I am an actor so one day I may be a dual citizen.. Hopefully Bush jr jr jr won't be quite as bad...

I was mainly joking about the way you said that you were sorry for being a white Canadian. I figured you could read that line multiple ways. As for voting in the US, sometimes I wonder how useful it is; the US is a republic, not a democracy. I still do it, and beg people to vote. I have donated, and volunteered for the Dems a bit (nothing like Corwin) so I'm not totally disenfranchised, but I didn't feel safe registering as a Democrat. As for being white, if you really want a change, I guess you can fake & bake, but I'd rather have healthy skin my self. You and I are both naturally white, and should respect that that is how God made us, and move on (IMHO...)

A healthy tan would be nice but it's out of the question for now at least...
lol. But I had a nice moment today..
Was getting changed into my work uniform and noticed my arms are getting really defined now. I'll have to do a triceps pose next time.
I'm really enjoying what I'm seeing, and I love showing it off.
And surprising those who don't expect me to have something to show...
That I do!

Just a brief update on how things are going for me with life and stuff...
Lately ever since I revealed at work I've been working out, my coworkers are coping a feel any chance they get...
Women, and men.. None of the the hotties have felt me up yet, but that should change soon...
We get busy for the Christmas season.
And damn if I'm not starting to get that Christmas tree look with my torso!
(I gotta stop eating candy tho.. But chocolate's so good... DEMON FOOD!)
lol. Anyways, a growing guy's gota get food...
Now if I can just get bigger...
Maybe I can sell myself to magazines...
Hopefully I don't have to whore myself out...

Is everyone liking the reports so far?
G.

Well I'm blasting through my workouts with my trainer a lot faster than he expected me to... So he's now back to the drawing board as to what I can do now... Heheeh. Amazing what a difference a few months makes...
I should get big soon.. Well I mean, growing...
G.

P.s. glad you guys love the stories. every time someone who hasn't seen my new body sees it in the change room (we have to get into a uniform at work) they're always like, whoa!
Heheeh.

Just a quick reply and update.
Arms are so pumped now it's not funny.
I blasted through bicep/chest day yesterday my trainer had me do a few extra excercises... Heheheh.
This is fun...
And I love how some of my tshirts I have to really work to get off my torso after a workout... Like they're too small now... Not small small but I'm much bigger now... I love it.
And I keep getting felt up at work... Everyone wants to feel my "arms"...

G.

Tonight while doing the dishes I found the sleeves of my pyjamas were getting in the way, so I pushed them up past my elbows... And my biceps unflexed held them there!

I'm really liking my new body a lot.

As well you should! Nothing like feeling those arms ready to burst through the sleeves. Congrats on your progress--I'm sure you are enjoying every minute of it!

Wait until it's a real struggle, then you're like, "Damn, it feels good, but I wish I wouldn't rip so many shirts... They're expensive!"

Well the workouts are going good, now if I can only win the lottery so I don't have to worry about money issues...

Right now my trainer has me toning my body, getting it used to working out.
Bulking comes very soon.
I can't wait.

Yeah, I've thought that a few times. However, now that I live in Las Vegas, I refuse to gamble. You should see what that addiction does to people that live here & gamble. On the other hand, people that come down here to gamble pay my state tax for me, so it's a really good thing if you don't live here!

BTW, we can't wait until you start bulking either. It seems like you have great genetics, and a body that will grow quickly!
Brent.

So everyone keeps telling me...

I'm looking forward to what happens to my body when I start to bulk too...
That really should be interesting...
I know my waist line has been shrinking too...
I hope...
Must eat less food...
And healthier...

Hard to do on a budget!

No, not less food silly, more food. The word bulking means to gain weight! My advice is to basically eat how you are eating now, but eat a piece of fruit before each meal.
Fruit is eaten raw, so it still has all the vitamins, etc. and is very healthy.

PS
I forgot in my last post to say that you should enter my (badly named) little Fall Bulk-up Challenge. We may be a ways into it, but you seem to be making good progress, and I know I had to take a month off for my move, so you should do well.

Take care, happy lift'n, and all that jazz, Brent.

Well right now I'm not really bulking I'm toning.. Bulking will come very soon..
Got good news today from the health centre at my gym. (They're the guys who deal with payments and paying the trainers etc...) Seems in my payment schedule there's extra money... So I get 7-8 more sessions with my trainer.
WOO HOO!!!!

By the way shoulder day today.
I'm lifting pretty good, but hell do I hate shoulder day.
right now my schedule looks like:

CHEST / BICEPS
BACK / TRICEPS
SHOULDERS
LEGS / ROTATOR CUFF

Add in an hour's worth of cardio after each workout and you get my plan in the general sense. And I am eating a lot of fruit...
It's just hard to eat being semi unemployed...
Damn the companies for making bad food taste so good!

On an up note, I think my waist is shrinking...
My big fat ass is too...
My pants feel loose around the mid section.
Now the legs themselves.. Wish I could say the same.
Basically I fear they've grown another inch.
Several friends keep telling me I could be a bodybuilder...
I keep telling them it's expensive... And I can't get too big cause I'm an actor. And a Canadian Actor at that... Besides, I gotta move out first before I go completely working out crazy...
The plus side, I'm loving the attention.
G.

CG, those companies are more devious than just making bad food taste good. You should watch the DVD of Supresize Me. There is some bonus material that will blow your socks off.

I really think you owe it to yourself to watch it. You'll realize that it isn't your fault you were sucked into Mc Donald's trap: they spend billion$ to manipulate the world's children into their trap...

Well I'm downtown every day this week coming up so i'm gonna put it to good use and try to do cardio at least every day.
I gotta shed the stomach fat... I just gotta...
I know I have abs, I want to see the damn things..

And I'll watch the movie eventually...
When I have time...
Tommorrow, Chest and Bis!
Woo hoo!

(I'll have to do my legs day Tuesday cause I had a screwed up weekend. I did do my abs for both days, and ran a little...)

Hey guys, guess what?
It's almost time for another fitness test.
This should be interesting...
And... more pictures...
I've been working a lot as of late so I haven't had time to post my workout schedule exactly in detail.
Any requests for body parts you'd like to see in next set of pics?
Gordon.

LMFAO... Gord... your enthusiasm and continuous muscle "high" is intoxicating to say the least. Just hearing these things come out of your mouth makes me remember how I felt the first few times I really got a good pump at the gym and REALLY makes me want to get that feeling back again.

I hurt my wrist on Tuesday night - the night after I was getting started again back on track so I've been off AGAIN all this week trying to make sure it heals right. You don't really realize quite how many things in weight training require use of the hands I guess until you hurt it. No - I didn't hurt it training either, isn't that sad? I hurt it punching something hard reptedly that I shouldn't have been punching but I needed an anger release point at that moment and it was the only object available that I couldn't cause major damage to. No - for fear of total humiliation I won't say exactly what "it" was.

SO what I'm trying to say is, thank you! You're doing a great job of making me anticipate getting back into it and reminding me why I love it so much. I love hearing every single anticdote of yours and feeling the growth with you. Furthermore you're making me a bit worried that you might catch up to me (maybe you already have - wanna arm wrestle?)!!! Now I've REALLY gotta try harder!!

Yeah, as someone that's been off due to an injury for a while now, I really appreciate the updates too. I'm going to try to get in today, and see how it goes, but at least you've let me live vicariously through your posts!

However, I'm not worried if you do catch up, or pass me: it just means more hot muscle pics on this site!!!

Yours, Brent.

That's too many injured members, so last night I did a light workout. I'm going to slowly get back into it. However, it feels really good to get back in the game again.

Good, now CG, your next task is to get a mirror in every room in your house, so you can always see how good you look!

Sounds great Gordon,
One of these days you will soon experience the problem of needing new clothes because of those developing muscles
