I took a close look at the images. They are large (dimensionally) but not really too big (voluminously). They range from 80 to 120 KB, which at typical dial-up speed (56Kb/sec) should be downloadable in no less than approximately (80 / (56/10)) = 14 seconds. I've got broadband and I get them loaded "zip, bam, thank you mam" so that indicates that the server can hand them out quickly (through it's broadband port). Don't know what this proves other than my engineericly insatiable need to analyse everything. |

problem solved i was at a friend's house,who has a full-fledged computer.(i just have webTV)pictures came up fine.there IS a lot of content.i never have trouble seeing your pix in regular posts. |

Thanks! I do too. I'm taking two days off before tackling the arm day so that they're fully rested. Also I had to shovel the driveway today to get rid of a build up of snow so there's my workout already. I'll do a few pushups and some arm curls tonight before going to the clubs. G. p.s. I now look not too bad in the tshirt I've got, it's a stretchy material. I can't wait to stretch it as I get bigger! |

Oh I know, I can still feel it today. I'll go in tommorrow and do the workout.. Also the schedule today for the buses sucks ass. And my gym closes at 6pm... It takes me almost an hour and a half to get there. Besides, I just came home after braving the crowds at wal mart this morning for shopping essentials... I'm tired, and have a minor headache... So I'll do some sit ups, some push ups and some work with a dumbbell instead. I went in 5x last week. No law saying I have to go in today.. That and I'll need the rest for the week... Audition for a commercial tommorrow! Agent-less too! So if I get the gig I get paid a lot more cause I won't have to pay anybody for getting me the gig! G. |

Thanks. As soon as I know more info about the suppliment I'll post it. A friend of mine used it for a while (back when it was created) and he got his arms to be 21"... And he's a short guy like me, so you can just imagine how big he got... But being that I'm an actor I have to get famous first, mind you... With muscles I could always escort to raise funds. lol. Sex is always fun. Either way I'll post more as I can. G. |

I thought I'd post an update of sorts... While working out two weeks ago I realized I could combine two of my days into one, and really get a good workout... So my workout looked like this the last two weeks: Chest/.Abs Quads/Calves Shoulders/Hamstrings + Back Triceps/Biceps/Calves This week I changed it some more: So Chest/ Abs + Quads/Calves Shoulders/Hamstrings + Back Triceps/Biceps/Calves I just know I'm gonna get a wicked pump. I'll post pics soon bois! p.s. the chest is fuller, and my legs are shaping up nicely. And MY ASS IS HARD!!!! YAY! |

Thanks guys. I blew my photobucket account this month! Whoo hoo! Gotta get to bed to get to the gym tommorrow early. New job has me working like a madman. Hope to go back to easier 5x a week instead of intense insane 3x... next week. With new job I can be downtown every day and not worry about transportation. Sigh. Hey bois, just thought I'd shoot an update. I'm having trouble with my wrists again.. Yes, limp wrists... Sigh... A gay man with limp wrists... So I'm being careful and raising the weights slowly. I can now curl 60lbs preacher curl! And can easily curl 25lbs per bicep. I'm lifting a lot with my legs. If you guys want I'll post my schedule this week.... |

Sorry to hear about the wrists - but am glad to hear that it doesn't seem to be hurting your curling. Keep at it and the wrists should get stronger to. I say please post your schedule - I think its always great to see what other guys are doing, especially if they are getting good results. __________________ "You can never be too rich or too big!" |
