Thanks, worshipper! But I really feel the need to grow bigger, it's almost visceral, lol. I never did drugs nor alcool, so I guess seeing myself grow and feeling my muscles becoming denser and stronger is my special personal type of drug, lol.

Ok, guys, here is a little quick update with new pictures and my first (very short) video! I am so pumped right now that I have trouble writing on the keyboard of my little netbook, hahaha. I just finished to trained and since I am a biceps-grower-fetishist-kind off, I always train with a measuring tape. Lol. So, I was training and my biceps were 17.25" pumped and then I said to myself: "Hey, I'm gonna pump my biceps until they are bigger than that". And guess what? It worked! I swear, they are now just a bit under 17.5"!!! You may not believe me, but after my next workout, I'll post a picture/video of me measuring my biceps, so you will see. It's not to my advantage to lie anyways, so you just wait, hahaha.

Just a quick update to say that my biceps are 16 5/8" cold, now! Can't wait to pump them to the max tomorrow. I wish I can make them bigger than 17.5"!!! That would be exciting...

Hi guys,

For some reason, I couldn't access the forum for like several days, so I couldn't post my saturday pics/video. I filmed a video of myself measuring my 17.5" pumped guns, but since I have a free flickr account, I can just upload 2 videos each month. Anyways, here are the pics and the video links:

So yeah, mi biceps are now 16 5/8" cold and I weight about 215 pounds. I know that I gained some fat lately, but I couldn't care less, since my muscles seem to like the fact that I eat A LOT MORE than before, lol. I simply adore the feeling of being bigger in the morning.

Ok you may or may not want to hear this. your gaining size but it also looking like your packing on some body fat in the process. do not confuse size with muscle. if your body fat is over 12% then your gaining size wrong. you should try to keep your body fat at 10-12% during your bulk. Most bodybuilders do that. Anything else will just create more work for you later when you decide to cut. the reason is ay this is that your chest and waist look close to the same size in the video.

@BIGJOEY: You know, the fact that I barely gained weight in the last weeks and made great gains in muscle already kinda shows that I must have gained muscle and lost fat, right? I feel that my pants are getting a bit too big and my sleeves a bit too small, lol. Personnally, I don't think you can gain muscle wrong... I mean, I'm not training right now to get a skinny model body, and sincerely, I don't think my bodyfat has ever been 12%. Not even as a kid. Seriously. So, yeah, I gained some fat, but I don't really care...

You know, I don't really consider myself as a bodybuilder. I'm just a guy who happens to enjoy growing bigger. I have no other goals than looking good, being strong and keep growing right now. My chest is bigger than my waist, don't worry, lol, it's just that with all the food I eat, all the supplements I take and all the liquid I take in, I'm kinda bloated all the time, especially after a workout. Think about it: before working out, I take a huge breakfast, then a pre-workout shake, then water (cuz it makes me thirsty), I train and drink water while training, then after I take a post-workout shake and I eat dinner. So when I take pictures, I'm super bloated, lol.

As for the cut, I sincerely don't care if I have to work hard. I have a lot of determination, you know. I have a gym membership, cardio machines at home, time and willpower, so I never have trouble shedding weight. I have, on the other hand, trouble gaining weight, so right now I'm in heaven.

All this to say that I thank you for your comments and your concern, and you are right, it's gonna be tougher when the time to cut comes, but I'm having a blast doing things like I'm doing them right now. I feel good, and I have this crazy objective of being 230 pounds and having 18" guns cold before cutting.

Your reply to BIGJOEY was thoughtful and I hope he respects your point of view. My goals have almost always been similar to yours now. A basic goal I had was to gain size/muscle while maintaining the same waist size. You sound like you are doing one better than that if your waist is actually shrinking! I wish you continued success in your goal of massiveness....thanks for sharing your progress and your thoughts.

You know, I thought a lot before sharing my progress and my thoughts on this board, since I have been a lurker for a lot of time and I wasn't sure of how people would react. But after a while, I realized that there were amazing people on this board, people that would give good, constructive and interesting comments and wish for the success of others. I'm sooooo glad I started this "real life" transformation thread, cuz it became one of the things that push me to do my best.

Hi guys, my next workout is in two days, but I had to do this little quick update. I woke up after a good night of sleep and my arms were feeling very tight. So, right after I got up, I measured them and they are now a bit above 16.75" cold! Yay! 2 or 3 workout and they will be above 17" for sure! I'm so happy.

@ 1bigwoof: I'm very happy to read that my progress is motivating you. I mean, I used to seek motivation around me (And I still do, believe me!), but reading that I can be some sort of motivation for someone is just... awesome. Thank you.

As for the progress of my other body parts, let's just say I am focusing a lot on my arms right now because when I tried to train my chest, my back and my legs, my stomach area started hurting a lot... That mononucleosis bitch may have stopped making me feel tired all the time and nauseous, but my doctor told me that I felt this way because my liver and my spleen were still swollen... So basically, every time I do an exercise that compresses them or makes them move in a bad way, it'll hurt. I'll try in about a week to work my chest and my shoulders again, and if everything goes right, I'll start training the back. The legs, I keep them for last, cuz that's what made me suffer the most when I tried again after the mono, lol...

Yeah, so it sucks a bit, but at least I can work on my arms, right? I don't care if they end up too big for the rest of my body, lol. After all, biceps can never be too big, right? (Well, except for the syntholed ones, they're not cool...)

Just a quick update to say that my biceps are officially 17" cold! I decided I would continue bulking up until the end of february and the start a cut lasting about 2 months, after what I'll try to stabilize for a little while.

Thanks! Yeah, I like how things are going right now for me, hahaha. I'm getting peaks, but at the same time I know that the fat I have keeps me from having the definition I strive for. That will come soon enought. There is this youtube user, Shakelightly, who has AMAZING biceps, but when he measured them, they were like 16" or so. So, I guess that when I'll reach my 17.5-18" gunz COLD and then cut, my biceps will look great, probably bigger than they look now, hahaha.

For the las week I have been sick - AGAIN -, but I trained as much as I could anyways. And guess what? My biceps are 17 1/8" cold! YAAAAAY! I now weight 220 pounds. So yeah, as soon as I weight 230 pounds, I'll start a cut. Well, if I weight 230 and my biceps are not at least 17.5" cold, I'll continue bulking until they are...

Thanks guys! Yeah, I can't wait to cut down the fat, lol.... I had to buy a lot of new clothes because nothing fit me anymore, hahaha. Well, not just because of the fat, but also because of the muscles!

I have a question for you guys. I woke up this morning and I noticed I had some f****** stretch marks on my arms. You know, some muscular guys have them and they look manly and nice, right? Well, on me it doesn't look that nice. They're kinda very red-ish (maybe because they are recent?!?!?) my brother reacted strongly when he saw me wearing a sleevless t-shirt at home. Like "Hey, wtf, you have stretch marks all over your biceps, dude! Looks kinda painful, man!"

Anyways, I love wearing sleevless shirts, but I don't want to get stupid comments like that one all the time from my friends and family. Do you know some products I could use to make them disappear or be less apparent, products you can buy at the drug store? Or if you have a homemade recipe, I would like to know it, pleeeease!

I've heard applications of Vitamin E can lessen the scars. You buy the Vitamin E capsules with the liquid Vitamin E on the inside. Cut the capsules open and smear the goo inside on your stretch marks. Also, cocoa butter (looks like a bar of soap, but is found in the skin care products section) also works.

Also, try googling "stretch marks" generally. Anyone who gains weight more rapidly than the skin can accommodate (like bodybuilding or pregnancy, which is another type of bodybuilding, when you think of it!) can get stretch marks. They fade in time, but in the meantime, try the remedies suggested above.

And keep pumping!

Hahaha, thanks, but I'm not at 230 yet. I'm just a little over 220 right now. AS SOON as I get to 230, I'm gonna cut. Imagine that: I do have some fat, but when I cut 30 pounds of it (and sadly, a little bit of muscle in the process...), I'm gonna look 10 time better. Well, I certainly hope so...

I was taking pictures with my like new fujifilm 12 mp camera when it just decided to shut down with the zoom out. I checked the batteries, I checked everything and it's not responding, damn! I took great care of it, only used it out of the house once and it's broken! So, no pics for today, it sucks cuz I took a pic of the measuring tape showing that my biceps are bigger than ever.... aaargh.

Anyways, I'll try something else to make it work.

Pheeeeeeew! I was really pissed at my camera and my "clich?" pissed masculine way of thinking made me think "Hey, what if I gave it a couple of slaps! It might just work!" So I slapped my camera again and again. And guess what? The caveman won against the digital camera, hahahaha! Yay, it's working again! So, here are the pics and a video I made!

Hi guys!

Today I have had a crazy biceps/triceps workout. I have had a super bad week with lots of frustration (sometimes, people suck big time...), so I put all those bad feelings in my training and pushed myself really hard. I'm proud and happy to announce that today, I pumped my arms up to 18"!!! At last! I was so pumped that they were actually hurting a bit, lol... I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of having 17.5" biceps COLD. My bulk is gonna last until the end of february, so who know, maybe I'll exceed that!

Oh, before I forget, I told you I work on my hand strength, right? I'm almost able to close completely my 200 lbs gripper now. So, just to test my hand strenth, I took an apple and, to my surprise, crushed it quite easily! The last time I tried that, I completely failed, hahaha, but now I can do it! I was so excited! I have a video of my "exploit", lol, but flickr limits me to 2 videos a month, so you'll have to wait...

Whatever you are doing, KEEP IT UP! Not only do your arms look great but your pecs are looking superb, too. I anxiously await your video with the apple. I always love seeing feats of strength like that. Congrats, big guy.
