Hi guys, just a quick update. Since my last update, I lost 7 pounds! So I now weight 213 pounds! I don't feel like I'm losing muscles, since everything is pretty much the same except my waist and my ass, lol. Thanks, man! Yeah, thinhs are continuing well for me, I don't lose weight super fast, but steadily. 12 pounds left until I am 200 lbs! When I go down to 200, I'll post new pics for sure. My biceps are still about 17.5" cold, sometimes a little under, sometimes a little above, depends on the day, lol. I know that I wrote earlier about a supplement I take, glycergrow, but I want to write it again: it gives good pumps, but you have to be able to control your "throwing up" reflex completely. Again this morning I almost threw up. So if you are thinking about a good pre-workout supp, maybe look elsewhere, guys, lol. I mean, it works, but throwing up in my bedroom should not be an option, lol... Take care guys, Niko777 |

On the Glycergrow, I say try it with a pre-workout if you take one (Superpump, Jack3d, etc.) It definitely helps to mask the taste and make it more palatable. |

Oh, thanks for the suggestion. I also read that you could take it with yogourt... but seriously, it's just gross to pop it into your mouth and swallow with liquid... |

Hi guys, Today is the big day, the wedding of my brother! I had anticipated I would be under 200 pounds by now, but this morning, I was 211. It's not that bad! I mean, at my heaviest, I have been 227 pounds or so, so I lost 16 pounds. Not bad, eh? I'll definitely get down to about 195 pounds soon, that's for sure. And my biceps are still about 17.5" cold, so it really is not that bad! I went to try the tuxedo at the tailor shop one last time before taking it with me, and, well, it didn't go so well... It was decided that I would wear a size 44 long jacket, because, as the lady at the shop said, I have "a large, wide and long torso", lol. The first time I tried it, it fit well everywhere. However, when I tried it for the second time yesterday, the waist was way too big! I mean, when I tried it, my waist was about 40" and my chest was 44.5", so it was fitting nicely. But now, my waist is 37.5" and my chest still about 44.5", so it looks like the jacket is WAY too large at the waist, especially because the pants fit me nicely! I told the tailor, and she said it was perfect like that (meaning that she had no intention of adjusting it...) So yeah, I'm not gonna look awesome, but it's life, I guess. Starting next week, I'll start a new workout and I'll give you updates on how it goes. One of my objectives is to be able to hammer curl 100 pounds dumbbells! The day I succeed, I'll be extatic for sure, hahaha. Anyways, wish me good luck, I'm my brother's bestman and I must not screw up in front of a whole lot of people, hahaha. Take care, Niko777 |

Yeah, everything went well, thanks for asking! However, I partied so hard that I'm actually sore, hahaha. I think I'm gonna take a break from the gym tomorrow. It had been a while since I danced so much and so hard, hahaha. I didn't bust any clothes, but I received compliments during the whole night, because apparently, I was "good looking", hihihi. Aaaaah, weddings are nice, aren't they? So yeah, tomorrow, I'm gonna rest and then come back to the gym harder than ever! Take care, Niko777 |

Hey guys, I just wanted to know something. I am in my early twenties, and I'm not very hairy. However, in the last week, I started seeing dark hair sprout on my torso and my belly. Does this mean that I am having some kind of testosterone spurt, or what? Did this happen suddenly to you? Thanks, Niko777 |

It's probably just a natural change in body hair colour. It happens sometimes. It's possible that there's a hormonal effect influencing it, but in your early twenties, it's not uncommon for hair to start coming in thicker and darker anyway, independently of testosterone. It might be something to do with finishing your growing period, and your body turning its resources to other things, or something - I'm just speculating, of course, here. |

Hi guys, I took some measurements today again. (I just love it) I'm 208 now, and my arms are 17.25" (lost some fat), my chest is 44" (lost some fat), and my waist is down to about 36.7/8", which is awesome for me! I guys, So today, I put on my pants and felt they were way to big, I weighted myself and I now weight 202 pounds! I'm so happy about my progress. My arms are down to 16.75, but they feel really tighter than before. I mean, going from 227 pounds with 17.5" biceps to 202 pounds with 16.75" biceps is not that bad, right? Hahahaha, thanks man. It's funny, yesterday at work, the cafeteria lady started hitting on me, telling me how I had beautiful long hair and how I probably got complimented about my looks all the time, lol. It was a nice moment, getting complimented like that. |

Honestly, I like 'em all...even the "fatass pic." Your size was super impressive for a guy your age. Do what YOU want to do, niko. You are the one who needs to be happy. If you want abs, then try to get to 185 (they do look like they are beginning now btw). If you want to just focus on muscle without bulking, do that. Please keep us posted whatever you decide. |

But hey, it's not like I'll get small, right? Also, I love being able to wear dress shirts, because with the gut I had, it was not sexy at all, hahahaha! Thanks, 1bigwoof. It's funny, my whole family says I'm some kind of freak, lol, because I can put on weight and lose it easily. If you think about it, last summer, I think I was about 160 pounds. Then, at the start of this summer, I was 227 pounds! And then, here I am 32 pounds lighter! I always do something. When I want to gain mass. I keep repeating myself: "Grow, grow, grow, grow", and when I eat, I think about growing bigger, and I eat more and more, And I train more and more. And when I want to lean down, it's as if all the fat and sugary food suddenly seems disgusting to me, and I start only liking healthy food, lol. I think that the mind is way more powerful than what you can imagine, and I try to "harness" that strength, I would say. I think it's like I'm hypnotizing or conditionning myself, lol. So right now, I'm eating VERY well, lean meats, oatmeal, green tea, lots of veggies, lots of good soups, not a lot of rice, pasta, or bread(and only good ones, with lots of fibre), etc. Strength wise, I don't think I've lost anything. I might even be a little stronger, lol. Starting next week, I'll start a new workout that I designed following some researches I did and using some workouts designed by specialists. Hey Niko, Yeah, you are pretty amazing with your transformations...very inspiring. As for the workout plan, I think it looks pretty comprehensive. The only thing I'd probably tweak is your chest routine. I'd knock out one of the inclines and substitute something for your lower chest (e.g. declines or a lower cable cross).
