Hey Marco
Thanks for an info packed post.

For me the one thing that stood out was the daily protein consumption, ie 2g per Kg of bodyweight.

This as you said is different from what is thrown about the place ie 2g / lb of body weight.

Did you ask your nutrionist how they arrived at this conclusion? For me this is very profound, as I'm trying to revise my approach for when I return to the gym later this year/ beginning of next year. This will be a key input for me.

Thanks for your time and good luck with the next phase. Looking forward to seeing where you take your physique next.

Thumbs up

Ok Marc, so it will take a little longer for you to get to pro-bodybuilder proportions. It will be better in the long run and you may even find your natural body may surprise you with what it can do. I have just looked back at your pre-bodybuilding pics and I have to say it again...you have gotten VERY wide and bulked up. You should be very proud of the progress you have already made (we are!!).
The 300 lb version of you can wait.

agreed with everything above... I can't add much..

congratulations on being smart - this was definitely the litmus test for sensibility as glam so accurately labeled it. I'm looking forward to your continued growth, cycle or not... and it sounds like you're doing great.

As an aside - I always seem to gain the most muscle when I hit around 150-200g protein/day on the days that I workout.... anything more and I feel sick... much less and I simply don't seem to gain much that week if any at all. That number is taking into account both protein shakes and natural foods... and also consider my body weight at 255-260lbs.

Good luck at the new gym Marc!!

Hi All,

Right, got a lot to get through in this post, so lets start with the usual...

The digestion seems to be doing really well right now. I am having no problems with the 6 meals a day (all solid foods), so thats great. The liver I suspect will remain somewhat inflammed for awhile. Within three months time from now (when i return from my trip in january), I would have though the blood test will show everything is back to normal. At that point, I'll start another cycle, but obviously, only if the blood levels are back to normal. But given three months, theres no reason as to why they wont have fully recovered.

Yep, I agree, a workout buddy is VERY important. The Personal trainer was obviously the best but it was costing a fair bit per month. But i was getting a good deal.

Thanks buffdoc. I will get the full report from my doctor and send you the info. I really appreciate your help, and any advice you can give based on my results, being that you are a professional doc.

Thanks. I can assure there will be more cycles, but as well as being smart, i am also sensible ( I know hard to believe ;0), I said to you all that if there were any problems i will stop, but not indefinetly. I know the stuff works and I know its my ticket to huge growth and gains. Now I have sorted out my diet and training technique with my trainer, steroids is the icing on the cake.

Actually, taking a whole load of protein in one go is important because, your digestion system can only process so much in one go anyway, thus some of it will be passed out if it exceeds what can be processed at any given time. However, like you say, its VITAL that the system is kept topped up throughout the day and even through the night if possible with a constant supply of protein, thus as to prolong the anabolic (muscle building) state.

Honestly, i'll be fine. I can't see that i will suffer any such depression or whatever else some people get. It's just the way i feel. I am confident that nothing negative will happen, obviously, only time will tell.

Thats exactly it my friend! If i can make good gains on stuff with a semi fit body as you put it, just think how much growth there will be in three months time when the body is fully back up in good condition. I am really excited about next year and the growth it will bring.

Hey Jco!, Yeah, she gave me some sheets with all the info, I will copy small portions of it into here (as to not break copy right laws), infact, i'll see if i can find the documents online and attach a link for all. The info seems to be from training material for students learning to be nutritionists, and it lists info on all sorts of recommended dosages for different goals, runner etc, to weight lifter/body builder (muscle building). The amount of protein in your body is key! to muscle growth, but its also when its taken, and most importantly how often. however, my most recent problems are linked to having too much protein in the system, so the amount taken is very important. I'll update you guys with this info shortly for those of you that are interested.

Thanks ottomun, bear in mind, this is only a tempory set back. I'm still looking to add another 25+lbs next year and get to hopefully 180lbs, maybe more. I have no intension of giving up the roids right now, so i'll be natural only for a little while... about 12 weeks.

Thanks Chris. sure there was and still is a temptation to continue roiding, but if nothing else, apart from further damaging my liver which is already down due to the excess protein, im just not getting the most out of the roids because of it, thus logically, its best to save it, stop now, and pick it up again once the system is back to 100% and thus when i can get the most out of the roids.

Well, considering your 255lbs, (115.9kg), if we take the 2g per kg rule, then that just about right 115.9*2=232~ g/day. Actually, if anything, i recon you should be taking more, but no more than about 232 ish g/per day.

Well, that depends what your asking, if you mean how my weekend went... well,

lets see...

Salvations Birthday!
We (Mr P, Mr J and myself) got to Salvation about 7/8pm. Salvation was held at the Cafe de Paris. Parking the car was a night mare since the area was really busy with tourists. Anyway, no queue outside since one could only get into Salvation with an advance ticket. It was not too cold outside, so i was wearing my usual clubbing uniform, jeans with my white vest, and my animal t-shirt on top to keep me warm and not draw any unwanted attension until inside. Mr J, who has to be at least 6' was wearing his usual tight jeans and a tight t-shirt which really emphasizes his 19" biceps and big pecs. Just a small recap, Mr J is a bouncer by profession, and is in his early to mid forties. Mr P, a self tought chief by profession and entrepreneur, was wearing bascially the same thing, tight jeans and a tight t-shirt. Mr J and Mr P have very different builds. Mr J is tall (6'+) with disproportionately large biceps, whereas, Mr P (5'9 as i recall, although has large biceps at 17.5", he has very very broard shoulders and big pecs. Hes very well proportioned, basically competition worthy standard in my opinion. Anyway, so once Mr P had parked the car, we all went down the stairs that lay before us. Once past the security checking for drugs, we down through a hall to a large room. At this point we had entered the top floor of the club and were standing on a balcony that circled the entire dance floor below. Salvation was celebrating its birthday, i forget how old they said it was, but still, below a sea of bodies, mainly all muscle could be seen dancing away. We went down the stairs on to the dance floor, where we headed straight for the bar to get some much needed drinks (not alcoholic). After removing our t-shirts, Mr P proceeded to show me around the place, the VIP area, which incidently had hardly anyone in it, through and around the main dance floor. It was the usual fun of sqeezing through all the hot sweaty muscled bodies in order to relocate to another location in the club. I think i have learnt the crusal money saving techniques now, of buying a bottle of water then refilling it in the toilets... it really is the only way. Drinks are so god dame expensive. Anyway, the decor in this place was very, well, camp... hehe, very theatrical, with the usual draps, mirrors etc. Just to recap, from down the main stairs, the bar was located on the right hand side, dance floor in the middle with a podium for a few people to dance on in the centre. Straight ahead was the main stage area where two or more hired dancers, practically naked wearing only padded posers could be seen dancing away. They weren't actually as good as the go go dancers i saw way back at my first club i ever went to, the white party, but still, it was ok. They had some black lady singing her song - really must find out who she is and what that song is. This is the second time i have seen her sing live, she was at Orange (the last major club i went to). Anyway, back to the tour, on the left hand side from the stage was some seating areas for relaxing as well as the toilets. Now, on the right-hand side at the end of the bar was the door to the VIP area and back underneath the stairs from the dance floor, was some more lounge areas and another bar right at the end. Anyway, so by this point, Mr J was off somewhere dancing away. Mr P and I were busy getting in the swing of things on the dance floor. Whilst there, i did spot a few familiar faces, like one of the guys i saw in Action nightclub many months ago, the guy from Orange that took me into the cubical in Orange becuase he wanted to feel my legs, and another guy, lets call him Mr Tall P and a few others. Tall P was, well, by the name, tall. Mr P had told me about him in advance, this guy was like 6'5 at least, and very muscled, huge, although, like Mr J, not as broard and wide as Mr P. (sorry Mr P, your going to have to get used to it, you know I like broad wide shoulders in physiques). Anyway, the crowd was excellent. don't think i have ever seen so many muscled guys in one room before. However, it was not a cruisy venue, more a show of your body venue. I personaly like the cruisy clubs where different guys come up dance with you, feel each others muscle and bodies then move on, it's kinda like an extended muscle worship session, but with lots of guys lol. Anyway, Salvation was interesting never the less. An interesting mix of guys, the odd model type, buff jocks, and quite a lot of massive muscle guys, but not loads and loads. It's very rare i recon to see true body builder physiques, you know, guys whom are huge, defined and uscle bound (like Mr p). Anyway, before we move on the next club, some guy that Mr P apparently Knew approaches us, steven I believe his name was, asking for me to get in touch if i was interested in doing some modelling. He stated that I had a cute face and that he was not bull-shitting me. Anyway, i'm not going to talk too much about this just incase nothing happens, but i will be getting in touch with him shortly. I have been thinking about doing some modelling, so being approached by a representative from a very well known and popular gay mag was indeed quite an ego boost. Anyway, so being that it must be like 10:30/45, we rounded Mr J, which was lounging in the area at the back in the back room underneath the main stairs. He was with Tall P, and the rest of the guys. Tall P is american btw, but I forget which state he said he was from. Apparently, so Mr P told me, two guys from that club that we met, two americans, one muscled, one not, apprently requested a so called 4-some group worship with Mr P and my self... Lol, I dunno, I have not tried a group worship session yet, but its a real ego boost getting requests anyway.

DTPM Rules!
Ok, so we move back up the main staircase having found Mr J and go back up and out on to the street outside having put our t-shirts back on. We then drove to our second club, DTPM. Now, Mr P has been going on and on about DTPM for ages, kinda building it. Apparently, was the best kitted out club that he had ever been to, and the sound system and lighting was ace! So, anyway, we parked the car, got out to get some much needed food and some water for Mr J's protein shake, then proceeded to the club. Unlike, Salvation which had no queue outside, DTPM had a real long queue. I saw one face i recognised, Mr E from the Action night club where i met Mr A. Mr E was the guy that apparently was married and had two kids and also, as far as i understand it, is also an escort. Anyway, he was wainting for young Mr A. Anyway, proceeded down through the fast track queue, rather than the long queue to the side, since Mr P had got a guest ticket for me, and Mr P and Mr J were members, it was cool, straight through to the front. We had to get to the cash desk before 11:30pm otherwise as far as i understand it, we would have had to pay for tickets. Thankfully we did make it in time. Even through the door, waiting to get to the cash desk, the entire place looked amazing, large curved walls, silver railings. The place just looked amazing! and this was just the foyer area. What makes this place different was that it was a purpose built club, not a converted warehouse or theatre like at Ruby and Orange, and you could really see the effort they had gone to make it look something special. Anyway, so we proceed down the stair cases to the underground club, meeting some lady Mr P and Mr J knew on the way down. DTPM has three main dance floors, a primaraly gay one, a straight one and a mixed one. The first thing we did was head to the bar area which incidently is the first thing you come across anyway. Mr P gave me a really quick tour of the dance floors and the lounge areas. This place was REALLY well kitted out and had a very stylish decor. We Previously from the floor above, we looked down on the main dance floor, but its only once your down there do you really hear the difference. The sound was nothing short of awesome. Unlike Salvations which appear to be having problems. You could see why it was better (having worked as an on site stage sound/lighting engineer for awhile back in my younger days) the speakers were setup up symmetrically all facing in a circle. It possibly having seen how kitted out this place was, might have had dolby 5.1 setup, but not too sure. In this main area where a balcony looked over from above, there was the usual lighting, special atmospheric effects and video screens. There was an amazing vibe about the place already, it was not even mid night yet. Anyway, as we moved onto the second dance floor which was playing slightly different music. This was a smaller dance floor with a stage at the end and a podium in the middle of the dance floor, again for people to dance on. This room again had amazing lighting and sound like the other room, but also had a fantastic lazer system running, which when your dancing on the podium gives this alomst like trace effect of green lazer all around your prorifial vision. Couple this with haze from the smoke machine, excellent music and sound system, and later a guy playing the drum kit and precusion on stage infront of you, hell this is REALLY SOMETHING! (actually, really will have to spend longer in that room next time). Anyway, so having had a quick tour of the place, we met up with a load of people, Mr S, a scottish bodybuilder, completely into the entire body building thing, and his boyfriend Mr T, Tall P, young Mr A, Mr E, and some other guys that i have met before but forgotten their names... Right, so having described the place, the layout and whos there in brief, and to cut this story short a bit, we then moved onto the main dance floor and did a bit of cruising. I just love walking by people seeing them turn the heads, eye you up and then some come up to you and dance with you, even feel your muscles etc. It was really funny actaully, we were dancing away and as i remember there was interest from a number of guys wanting to dance with me and Mr P, was kinda like a double act. They'd do a bit with Mr P, then me, then back to Mr P then both of us. Ironically, one guy who took a shine to us both wanted us to have a threesome together which was interesting. Frankly after all this, being that the time must be like 2/3am, i just know the only thing i want to do is sleep when i get back. Hell, a supply of red bull and lucozade can only keep you going for sooo long. Anyway, it was one hell of a night. DTPM was quite literally the best club in london! and quite possibly in the UK! The sound system was amazing, the lighting special effects and music were great, spot on!, and the vibe in this place was like no other i have experienced so far! I think i got more attension that night, than i have ever got so far, so naturally, im eager to return to DTPM in the coming weeks. Well, as per usual, theres a ton of things i have missed out that are better left unsaid... But this was truely the best night out and really was the most intense experience yet!

Moving On
I actually asked three american guys, since I was introduced to them, or they cam and said hello, and asked them what they thought of DTPM and other clubs here in comparison to american clubs, and they all responded with the same response, that the clubs here in the uk, specifially london are something else, in a league of their own, one guy even said theres no comparison at all, stating that DTPM was the best by far. Now I wanted to know this just incase i will be working abroad next year, which evidentally seems to be more and more less likely as time goes on, since there for starters roids are more expensive over in the US compared with the UK since the stuff is made here in europe and thus in the US you have to pay importation costs, and its legal here, and the clubs are ace here apparently according to some of your fellow americans, but anyway, we'll see. Think the plan might just be to work in london, that way, im nearier the clubs, nearer decent hard core gyms, and work for a multi national that has international ties so at least i have the option to work abroad. Anyway, thats next year. I've got like like 7 and a bit weeks before i leave for my holiday now. Next year i will return for some more fun. Today, i was actually think, oh god, im going to be missing any new year and christmas muscle clubbing sessions , ah well, there will be next year I guess. We should be able to squeeze in at least one more clubbing session before i leave.

GO FOR IT,cutie!

Your posts are SO much fun!You have a great face&would be photographable, body or no.I understand that your tour is mainly for your Mum;but the Sydney club scene is GREAT!Maybe you'll get to go back sometime on your own. Here in NY,we have the Alegria parties;which are the best argument for the genetic superiority of gay men I've ever seen!I've heard good things about the Black&Blue parties in Montreal, guess I'll get to experience next summer for Gay Games(just reserved my hotel!)We also get an impressive crowd for the Pride dance on the pier in June;&some years, the Pines dance on the beach on Fire Island is great(so-so the last 2 summers;SMOKIN'HOT for the western theme party 3yrs.ago!)Never been to London.Guess I'll have to go!

i have been reprimanded for not posting a report on last sunday nights experiences.........Having read marcos thorough report(he writes so well) there is little else to be added- except my own view on how marco was accpeted amongst my friends....... well.......... they all fuckin loved him !
Marco is a great communicator and has a cetain presence that draws you towards him. Its one of those God given gifts that He doesnt fully put to use - just yet, but i see that changing rapidly! We met alot of guys that night- some i knew -some i didnt- he was also introduced to some of my best friends- mostly bodybuilders who all share the same passion for muscle. I have to admit - i was really proud of Marco that night- he held his own all night- and i suspect he felt more Pecs and biceps than he has ever in his life - oh - and legs!! I felt priviledged to introduce Marco as a very special friend to all my m8s and have heard nothing but praise on his looks/physique/personality. Dude- looking forward to the next one ! mr.P x

Well from having spent a fair bit of time in the US as well as living in London scene I do agree that clubs here are more innovative and make more effort. There is certainly alot of variety and things change more rapidly as new clubs open and old ones either close or change their image/game.

I think part of it is that given our licencing hours there is much more natural demand for clubbing every weekend. As most city centre pubs in London shut at 11 or at most 1am there is a sizeable contingent of people wanting to keep drinking/partying and this keeps clubs viable on maybe 4-5 nights from a Thursday to Monday. My experience of US cities is that there is one or two clubs to go to on a Friday or a Saturday and that's it, although bars sometimes with a dance floor (which not many pubs have in the UK as it requires a separate licence) stay open to 3/4am. Whereas London can probably support 10 or more clubs each night catering to different markets (eg Bears, twinks/disco, indie, leather, latino etc).

My understanding of the US is that the clubbing is more centred on occasional party events in different cities eg the Black and Blue etc that people fly into rather than having that sort of party venue on their doorstep every weekend.

PS Mark can you post in paragraphs please! Much easier to read.

You can't compare most US cities to London. London is like few US cities -- New York being the most obvious comparison. It would be like someone in the US comparing New York to Sheffield, Brighton or Edinburgh in the UK. There's just different population density, laws and cultures associated with smaller cities than metropolises.

Well I suppose I was basing my opinion on experience of New York and San Francisco. The latter is a much smaller population but a good sized gay popln. Friends of mine who have lived in both claim that London has more going on than either and a greater rate of "evolution/change" in the club scene.

Happy for others to disagree.

I do think the thing of most bars not having late opening forces alot more people out into the clubs. I am sure if more people could stay drinking in the bars they would do so and only go clubbing occasionally.

I don't thing USAsians make a distinction between "bars" and "the club scene". At least to me, there are bars -- some are dance bars, some are "neighborhood" bars, some are video bars, etc...

Cities in the US do definitely differ with respect to "scenes". this guy is a bar tender in Pittsburgh, but I doubt he would make it at Splash in NYC or a club in Los Angeles. (And when I watch THREADS, which was based in Sheffield, I went -- oh my god, that's Pittsburgh!)

Yes Corwin there does not seem to be that distinction between bars and places where you can dance as there is here. There are a few bars in the centre of London where they have notices on the wall saying "No dancing allowed" which is aimed at those daft disco types who the moment they hear the music just can't stop jigging around even when they are out for a drink.

The other thing that is hugely different between the US and here is that the sort of guy you highlight (ie shaved chest, bodybuilder shape) who is a barman, just does not happen here. Being barstaff is considered to be a pretty crap job - done by scene queens on pretty rubbish wages. Hence all shapes and sizes do the job with many being students or other people pretty desperate for a job. Also as nobody tips (as the drinks are expensive enough) working behind a bar is not a way to make money. To me I was amazed in New York the first time I went by the types of guys behind the bar - almost like supermodels or full on porn star types. I remember the old "Spike" bar with the most amazing built guys serving shirtless.

We're just two countries separated by a common language.

I need to find these types of bars in Toronto, else it's off to NY, SF or Houston I guess.

Well, there is a pub in Rupert street that has some good bar staff... ok, so there not exactly good looking, but, there is some muscle there serving beers... Guess, I'll have to check out US bars then and compare I dunno, all these things i gotta do lol

Mini Update
Ok, I've stopped working out for the last week since I have had this horrible cold and cough. Though it does appear to be going. It kills me not allowing myself to go to the gym. The gym is like a drug to me... Anyway, hopefully will be back tomorrow. In many respects maybe having a week of now is good for the body, allow it to completely recover from everything, and might actually mean greater growth later on. Anyway, soon as im back, which hopefully will be tomorrow, then i will work with the new regime for the next 6 weeks, then people, im afraid its radio silience until next Year! Since, i'm of on my travels. I am actually quite pissed of since, having really gotten into clubbing with Mr P and co, and really really enjoying it, I am going to miss Christmas partes and New year...

Just to update you on the general progress of my body, I am feeling a hell of a lot better despite the recent cold. More energy, clearier thinking, and I'm loosing more and more fat weight now whilst maintaining muscle weight. Obviously, soon as i start phase 6 the better, need to work on my next 30lbs lol Ah, I'll get there people, very confident about that.

Ah well, soon as i come back, i will get my blood test, start phase 7, being another cycle, and start clubbing again. Anyway, so gotta make the most of my time with Mr P and gang within these last 6 weeks.

Movies, Movies, Movies...
Ok, so I've had to block the movies again, you guys are simply using up so much bandwidth lol, which is good in away, since you obviously like the movies. Anyway, I will see if i can get some more bandwidth from my host, Scott (Optimus). Very grateful for all your kind help with regard to the website Scott

Coming up
Well, we have the end of the phase 6 which will be in the last week before i leave the UK. We also have a load of clubbing events coming up. DTPM this weekend again!!!!!!!!! Mr P, prepare yourself mate lol

Ok, thinks thats enough typing for now...

Take care people!

Marc ;0)

Hey all,

Ok, so i've been a bit quiet regarding the board of late. Basically, I still have this stupid cold/flu thingy, had it for about a month now, but at least im not coughing and sneezing, just sitting here with a very sore throat and ear ache, apart from that i'm fine. Anyway, because of this, everyone keeps telling me to just relax and allow the cold to go. Obviously, i'm supper eager to keep pumping iron, so i have been to the gym a bit but no where near as much as i should be going (5 times a week).

Workouts
Still, this gap is probably doing my body some good, although i was kinda going to use the vacation in 5 weeks time as the gap, although obviously, all the hotels i have booked all have gyms hehe. Anyway, I have lost some weight, i'm at 150lbs right now, was 160lbs at the height of phase 6, but having siad that, its not actually bad news acording to my impedence scales. My fat % is now 8.5% from 10/12 so thats good, and im appearing to be holding on to most the muscle mass i have gained so thats good.

Photo shoot
Ok, you remember the rep for that magazine that saw me in Salvation, well, hes contacted me and wants me to do a shoot for him this sunday 23rd in London for apparently the front cover of the mag and the advertisment of a some large gay event called "the big sleep over" (as i recall). I've been told not to shave for the next few days so guess they want me looking rough lol And apparently the props of the sleep over shoot is a pair of pajams and a teddy bear hehe, just hope i don't look too much of a fool lol Still, this may be the start of my modelling career so thats good. Obviously, one can't get their hopes up too high as they may not like the photos and thus it might not turn into fruision, but being open minded im always willing to try new things out, actually, it sounds like fun lol. So thats Sunday's huge event.

Clubbing
On Monday, since i thought i was feeling better I decided to go clubbing with Mr P and Gang. Went to DTPM again. Got chatted up by a few guys and two guys as well which was cool. Ended up giving one of the guys my website details since he seemed completely interested in me. I tell you what, going clubbing in the future is going to be so funny if this modelling thing takes off. Ironically, since you guys already know the details about what the DTPM place is like, I am kinda only left with what Mr P and i got up to... which i think is probably toooooooo much detail for you guys to hear about. Hell, this is a public forum. Anyway, lets just say I am learning a hell of a lot off Mr P. I too tried dancing with the thin guys un-worked out bodies on th dance floor, and the guys i did it with totally loved it. It's really awesome, they get to dance with some muscled guy that i guess they would not ordinarily dance with, and I get an ego boost... it's good all round. Met up with some areican bloke (forgotten his name). Came over from L.A. just to go clubbing here!! He's a doctor and apparently lives next to the lady in Legally blond that did the "drop snap" movement in the salon. He was a very nice guy. Totally love the american accent. He was about early forties i think, and had huge pecs... very defined pecs - yes, I felt them... hell, he was feeling me too lol all the muscle guys feel each other, well, in our crowd anyway, like i have said before, its kinda like a massive muscle worship session among lots of guys... soooo much fun! Anyway, Think i'll leave the rest to your imgination

Next weekend we have the halloween event. Theres a Huge muscle gathering at a place called Trade where people from all over the world will be attending. A lot of these guys will no doubt filter on through to DTPM. Its also a Salvation night, so should end up being one huge muscle fest!

End of Post
Still got to bring you some info as promised and still got get the rest of those blood test results for buff doc which i will definetly do since i wanna know your opinion. Ok, thats it guys!

Onwards and upwards!

Marc

Feel better and take your time getting back to the gym. You may be hungry for it (see supper eager above), but you need time to heal.

OK Guys...... Guilty as found. I just hope i am not leading Marco astray There is somthing very appealing about witnessing first time experiences, whatever they may be. Apart from all the private detail that marco wishes to remain exactly that, I have to report that when we go out we have a hell of a lot of fun ! Marco is quite the social butterfly! Turn my back on him and hes off chatting with someone else (without exception-a goodlooking muscle guy)!!
Your memory is failing you Marco - Mr.A from L.A. is a dentist and would not be too pleased at being aged at 42 - hes 38!! but yes , he does live door to Reece Witherspoon. and yes - his pecs are dissproportionatly large in comparison to the rest of his body, but hes a lovely guy and having known him for 2 years, appears to be really normal! (apologies- i always thought West coast guys to be a little whacky!!)
Our next clubbin session is on halloween, and I have no doubt that it will be a blast, especially if i arrive arm in arm with that weekends gay mag cover boy!!

Hey, thanks Corwin for your post mate. I do have a serious desire to get back int he full swing of things with the gym. Only went twice this week and i feel like im de-flatting lol Might squeeze one in before the shoot tomorrow to get a good pump going for the shoot. Actually, my mother and I were discussing my prolonged recent illness and it would appear it might be sticking around a bit more with me because i had my tonsils out when i was a kid. Apparently, they don't recommend the removal of these any more. Ah well. I am feeling a lot better. Head ache is basically gone, still got slight sore throat and ear ache but nothing that can stop me for doing the shoot tomorrow. My facial hair is coming on well now. Have not shaved for like 2 days!!!! I always shave it off, makes me look younger still, if they want me looking rough, then rough they shall have

is this an offer then? hehe... well, I will reveal the details of the mag and their website of which you can review the enitre mag for free if, and only if they decide to do publish pics of me. Like i say, one can't get their hopes up too high, i might not be photogenic... or, what they are looking for.

Nah... You have not led me astray. Since i have met you, or more rather, you found me in Ruby all those months ago, my life has seriously changed for the better. I can honesty say i have never had soooo much fun ever! I hope to continue having fun with you and the gang for years to come. Honestly, I have learnt so much from you already from supplementation to the true intenisfying feelings of muscle worship, and yes, you, through all of this, have helped me discover who i really am. Before, we met i guess i was starting to work it out, but still was not really addressing it the way i should have been. Now I feel so much more confident about who i am, and i guess that kindy shows a bit lol So thank you mate, for everything! Now, just need to pump myself up to your size and the serious fun can begin lol

Those huge broad shoulders, wide lats, massive biceps and unbeaivable pecs ... oh yes... can't stay away for long at all... lol

Yeah, those pecs... obviously, not as good as yours though Mr P, so don't worry But yeah, hes a really lovely guy. Dunno why but, like i have said before, there is something really weird about L.A. I've been to a few places in the USA and L.A. just sticks out like a sore thumb and its not for a good reason either. Still, its really comforting to know that there are some normal people living there. And yeah, he was very normal... surprising almost! (no offense intended to anyone who lives there...)

As for the mag thing, yeah, its going to be really funny if people recognise me... still, im not sure if the mag is going to be published for next week or what, i guess it probably will be... Anyway, we'll see.. Totally looking forward to having another advenurous night with you mate! Catch you later Mr P

Take care all!

Marc

I think I'll go look for my own Mr. P to not lead me astray while he witnessing my first time experiences unless you're ready to take a second charge along. I'm sure it's as much fun for Marco as it is for you to witness. Having a kind hand to guide us newbies along is great.

It sure is... Totally love hanging out with the Mr P and Gang. one needs to experience these things to haveany idea what its like.

Photo Shoot
Well, the photo shoot went very well. Apparently i'm a natural to the camara but then, perhaps he says that to everyone they photograph... who knows. Anyway, the shoot was not exactly what i thought it would be. I guess i did assume it would be of me flexing my muscles, but no. The shoot was to achieve one single picture that would be for the front cover of a very popular gay magazine (shall mention no names as yet), and was to jointly advertise some gay pride event coming up sometime in the next two weeks or so called the "Big Sleep Over". So, obviously they took a ton of pics in order to capture the one pic that would be deemed naughty and sexy enough to be used for the advertisement. So, we tried two kinda shots, one of me sitting on a very old but stylish wooden/guilded blue fabric lined chair with a white drape over it, sitting there with my legs crossed, hugging a white pillow, with a kinda of a "come to bed with me" type sexual naughty look on my face. Oh, btw, I was not wearing anything apart from my boxers, only, because of the way the picture was taken, it looks like im naked anyway. Whilst i was doing this, I was to hold a glass of milk in one hand, with a picture resting on my other forearm. The pillow obviously symbolizes the sleep over part, the piture was something to do with some lady that will be one of the main focuses of the event (as i recall), and the milk... well, again something to do with the sleep over thing. Apparently they are going to super impose the logo of the magazine on the pillow, and the logo of the event on the glass, with steam spiralling out from the top of the glass.
So far as my general look of my head went; I had my short spiky hair with side burns and 3 days worth of facial hair. Apparently they liked me looking rough, so thats good. I dare say i did shave it all off when i got home. I prefer looking clean shaven... makes me look younger hehe. Oh, and i was wearing some neckless thing they gave me to wear.

The other shot we did was with me sitting on the bed with my legs crossed again with my come on face and hugging the pillow with the illusion of me being completely naked... I recon they will end up using the chair ones sine it looks more stylish. Anyway, it was a good experience, and at least i did not have to wear pajams and hug a teddy bear as orginally planned. Although i did not get anything out of it, I hope that this may lead to other things... Things that will actually be in some way lucrative. So the mag comes out either this weekend or next. Obviously, if it comes out this weekend then will be great since i might get recognised whilst out clubbing, however if its next, well, no need to worry, i hope to get one final clubbing session in on the 13th or 20th November before i leave the UK. Anyway, as soon as its published i'll update all of you with the details of the website where the mag is held for you to browse at your on leisure.

Meeting GymBoy33
Well, my nice friend Gymboy (i'll leave off your first name just in case) is currently visiting the UK at the moment on a business trip and contacted me for a meet up yesturday. Anyway, cut a long story short, we met up after the photo shoot at his hotel (hotel was simply awesome, definetly a 5 star), and then i took him into the gay area of london - soho. Because I don't know london at all that well since i don't live there, Gymboy soon discovered that in fact i had no clue how to get anywhere lol Still, we finally got there in the end... (sorry about that). Obviously I had corresponded a fair bit with gymboy before i met him, and when we met, ironically he was exactly how i thought he would be, down to earth, easy to talk to and a very nice genuine guy, oh and some big decent biceps to boot . Dare i ask what you think of me looking all rough and ready fromt he photo shoot ... Anyway, I thought we got on very well, hardly any awkward moments of silence, since we already had so much in common what with the gym and working out and what not. Mind you, I think we were both tired, gymboy definetly more so since i woke him up... wopps (he was sleeping off the jet lag at the hotel). Still, finally found Soho after having to ask one kind lady where the hell it was lol. Anyway, so we walked up and down old compton street and around rupter street showing him the general high lights of the place (assuming there are any ) . Obviously the inital plan was to show him some decent sites around london, but the weather was not great (being typical britain) and I had to meet up with a few people in the evening. Anyway, after a quick tour, we grabbed some much needed food and then met up with Mr P. It was quite funny actually since as we walked around soho, a fair few people that we knew recognised us. Mr J was busy working at one of the bars, and we saw Mr M and his boy friend Mr A eating outside at one of the restaurants. Anyway, we had a few drinks that evening before we decided to all depart. Hell we were all pooped! Been a long day for all of us! I myself was up at 7am to get to the gym and what not, and Mr P the same what with his restaurant, and Gymboy, well, he musta been near death with the funny hours he'd had to endure, still, at least you have an idea who the guys i hang out with are and the type of guys i get my body building advice from. As you can see, i think they know what they are doing by the looks of them all. Well, hope you enjoyed it!

It truely was a pleasure meeting you
Take care,

Marc

Hmmm, after the magazine covers, I'm thinking Marco should start slow...maybe just have a morning muscle talk show then ramp it up into detective-action series (all the bad guys will have to be huge buffed monsters too, of course )

oh? sorry!! Did I say that out loud?

Incidentally - you know you're a parent when your kid pukes all over you. Yes - I found that out recently.

Good for you on focusing on your health and the long term results you want.

I had a fantastic time visiting with Marc in London. I had a business meeting there on Tuesday and came in a couple days early just to hang out. I arrived Sunday morning, checked into my hotel, and just walked around a bit. I went back to the hotel and crashed for a while. Marc stopped by after his photo shoot and we jumped on the subway to start our adventures. He was looking a little "rough" but good with his three days of beard. We both were wearing jeans and short sleeved t-shirts, which showed off our arms enough to earn us a couple of second-looks while we were in Soho.

Marc and his friends were all great to meet. They have great personalities and physiques. Mr. J's biceps are so big they require their own zip code, and Mr. M probably could hold his own against a tank. Mr. P seemed to be friends with every other person walking down the streets of Soho. My only regret--Marc and I didn't have time to schedule a work out together. I'm sure we would have pushed each other to some great muscle growth.

On Monday, I did some more sightseeing on my own. I was feeling a little puny after seeing all of Marc's muscle friends, so I did a hard shoulder/biceps workout at the hotel. That night, I was hanging out at one of London's casinos. I was wearing another short sleeved shirt. When my turn came to cut the deck, the dealer said that I had really big arms and asked how much I could curl. Guess the workout must have helped!

I'm looking forward to catching up with Marc again the next time I get to London, or when he visits the U.S. He's a great person on his way to being a great bodybuilder!

Hey Marco, long time lurker, first time poster. This whole saga is like a great soap opera, and each day I tune in to see what's happened next. I guess I'm 50/50 envious/horrified by your story (steroids, clubbing with strange men, explotative photoshoots) - I know I should be concerned for your safety/mental health, but goddamnit it's kinda hot.

I hope you never feel that online gay men like me have used you for our own gratification. I know it may look sometimes like I'm gleefully watching your descent into a depraved and glamorous world of hardbodies and nightclubs, but actually you're really helping me to work through some of my own shit.

Ah, how cathartic this post has been!

Thanks for sharing,
mmfan

PS More photos please.
